If a piece isn't right for you for any reason - it doesn't fit, it's not what you expected, or you simply changed your mind - contact us at info@veras-copper.net within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, no restocking fee.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours your order may already be packed for dispatch, but you'll still be covered by the 30-day guarantee once it arrives.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Send us a clear photo of the item and your order number and we'll replace or refund it immediately - you won't need to send anything back.
